Refund and Return Policy

Article 1 (Withdrawal and Return Period)

Customers may request a withdrawal or return within 7 days of receiving the product.
(Article 17 of the 「Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.」)

Article 2 (Reasons for Non‑returnable Items)

Returns may be restricted in the following cases:

  • When 7 days have passed after receipt of the product
  • When the product value has been significantly damaged due to the customer's use, washing, or repair
  • When tags, labels, etc. have been removed
  • When packaging has been severely damaged beyond simple opening for inspection, making resale impossible
  • When the product is made to order

※ Simple opening of packaging to check the product does not constitute a reason for return.

Article 3 (Return Procedure)

  1. Send a return request email to support@yeeyeewang.co.kr
  2. Receive return approval from the company
  3. Send the product to the return address below (shipping cost borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, in which case the company bears the cost)
  4. After receiving and inspecting the product, refund processing

Article 4 (Refund Processing)

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
  • Refunds are made using the same payment method as originally used.
  • For credit card payments, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to be reflected, depending on the card company's policies.

Article 5 (Exchanges)

  • Exchanges are possible only for changes of size or color of the same product.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product by contacting support@yeeyeewang.co.kr.
  • If the product is out of stock, an exchange may not be possible, in which case a refund will be processed.

Article 6 (Defective Products and Wrong Shipments)

  • For product defects or incorrect shipments, exchange or refund is possible within 30 days of receipt.
  • In such cases, the return shipping cost is borne by the company.
  • Please contact support@yeeyeewang.co.kr with photos.

Article 7 (Loss or Damage during Shipping)

If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@yeeyeewang.co.kr within 30 days of receipt with photos. After verification, we will arrange a reshipment or refund.
