Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users in relation to the use of www.yeeyeewang.co.kr and www.yeeyeewang.kr operated by Yeyewang Apparel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Site" means www.yeeyeewang.co.kr and www.yeeyeewang.kr.
  • "User" means any person who accesses the Site and uses the Services in accordance with these Terms.
  • "Member" means a person who provides personal information to the Site and registers as a member.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes of Terms)

  • These Terms become effective upon posting on the Site.
  • The Company may change these Terms within the scope not violating relevant laws and will notify users of any changes through the Site.

Article 4 (Use of Services)

  • Services are generally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Services may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, failures, or other reasons.
  • Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to register or make purchases.

Article 5 (Orders and Payment)

  • Users may select products on the Site and complete purchases following the order process.
  • Currently, only PayPal is supported as a payment method. In the future, various payment methods such as KakaoPay, Naver Pay, and credit cards will be introduced sequentially.
  • The Company may cancel an order due to out-of-stock, pricing errors, or other reasons, in which case a refund will be processed immediately.
  • Payment processing may be handled through our designated payment processing partners, and the merchant name shown on payment statements may differ from Yeyewang Apparel Co., Ltd. For payment-related inquiries, please contact support@yeeyeewang.co.kr.

Article 6 (Shipping)

Article 7 (Withdrawal and Returns)

  • Users may withdraw their purchase within 7 days of receiving the product (Article 17 of the 「Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.」).
  • Withdrawal may be restricted in the following cases:
    1. When the product value has been significantly reduced due to the user's use or partial consumption
    2. When resale is difficult due to the passage of time
    3. When the packaging has been severely damaged beyond simple opening for inspection, making resale impossible
  • In case of product defects, incorrect shipments, or loss/damage during shipping, exchange or refund is possible within 30 days of receipt.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

  • The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or service outages of telecommunications providers.
  • The Company is not liable for damages caused by the user's own fault.
  • However, liability is not excluded for damages caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

We strive to resolve disputes with users promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved, users may seek remedy through the Korea Consumer Agency (www.kca.go.kr) or the Fair Trade Commission.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  • These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  • Any litigation concerning disputes arising from the use of the Services may be brought before the Seoul Central District Court as the competent court. However, if the user is a consumer, the user may also file a lawsuit in the court having jurisdiction over the user's address in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
