Shipping policy

Last updated: May 5, 2026

Article 1: Shipping Origin & Method

All products are currently shipped from China. We work with partner suppliers in China to prepare and dispatch orders.

Future Plan: We continuously improve our logistics and plan to gradually switch to direct shipping from South Korea. We will announce separately when local shipping becomes available.

Although we do not yet ship directly from South Korea, returns can be sent to our Korean logistics center (Incheon).

Article 2: Processing Time

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days after order completion.
  • Dispatch may be delayed due to order volume surges, public holidays, or supplier issues.
  • After dispatch, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.

Article 3: Delivery Estimates & Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery times below are based on the dispatch date and may vary due to customs clearance or other logistics conditions.

Article 4: Customs, Duties, and Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC)

  • Daily Order Limit: If the total value of orders for the same recipient in a single day exceeds USD 150, the shipment will be converted to a formal customs clearance process. Any additional costs (duties, VAT, customs brokerage fees) shall be borne fully by the recipient.
  • Duties and Taxes: Goods shipped to South Korea may be subject to customs duties and VAT, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Customs Delays: Delays caused by customs inspections or incorrect recipient information are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for refund or compensation.

Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) – Important Information

  • What is the PCCC? The PCCC is a unique 13-digit identifier starting with the letter ‘P’ (e.g., P112233445566). It is used in place of a resident registration number for customs clearance of personal overseas purchases.
  • Applicable to Both Korean Nationals and Foreign Residents (Effective 2011): The PCCC system was first introduced in 2011 to protect personal information and ensure transparent customs clearance for all individuals.
  • Mandatory for Foreigners (2023-2025): From October 1, 2023, it became mandatory for foreigners for B2C purchases, and from January 1, 2025, the requirement was extended to all types of customs clearance. Alien Registration Numbers and passport numbers are no longer accepted.
  • Annual Renewal Required from 2026: Starting in 2026, the PCCC is valid for only one year and must be renewed annually. If the validity period expires, the existing code will be automatically deactivated, and a new code must be issued for customs clearance.
  • How to Apply: You can apply for a PCCC instantly on the Korea Customs Service's electronic customs clearance system (UNI-PASS, https://unipass.customs.go.kr/csp/persIndex.do) or through the 'Mobile Customs Service' app after real‑name verification.

Article 5: Address Entry Guidelines

To ensure smooth delivery, refer to the examples below when entering your shipping information. Under new regulations effective in 2026, the postal code must match the address registered with customs.

  • Recipient Name: Enter your full legal name as registered with Korean customs (Korean nationals: full Korean name; foreign residents: name as registered for PCCC).
  • PCCC: You must provide a valid 13-digit PCCC.
  • Phone Number: A valid 11-digit mobile number (e.g., 010-1234-5678) is required. Prepaid phones may have difficulty with authentication.
  • Address: Please enter your address in the street name address or land lot number address format.
  • Postal Code: We recommend using the 5-digit street name postal code (e.g., 06130).

📬 Example – Correctly Filled Address (South Korea):

Recipient Name: Hong Gil-dong

PCCC: P123456789012

Phone: 010-1234-5678

Address (Street name): 1 Jongno 1-gil, Jongno-gu, Seoul, 201-ho

Address (Land lot): 1 Jongno 1-ga, Jongno-gu, Seoul, 201-ho

Postal Code: 03123

* If address information is not entered correctly, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned. The buyer assumes full responsibility for such outcomes.
